The 27 INN-PRESSME partners met in Brussels (Belgium) in January 2024, hosted by Greenovate! Europe. In a creative environment, we shared internally and with the European Commission our results and progress after 36 months of intense work and collaboration.
The general assembly was updated on the progress of the INN-PRESSME technologies and Test Cases, the evaluation process and winners of the two Open Calls, the upscaling of the additional test cases, the INN-PRESSME platform to promote our services, the e-learning modules, and our exploitation, dissemination and communication activities.
On 25 January, partners gathered for the 36-month review meeting. The INN-PRESSME partners showed and explained to the external expert and our project advisor from the European Commission the progress made in upscaling the pilot lines, the implementation of the nine test cases, the results of the Open Calls, and other key achievements.
To promote our policy recommendations and showcase the project bio-based products, we organised a policy and dissemination event on 26 January. The hybrid event gathered 60+ participants discussing key policies such as the Packaging and Packaging Waste regulations (PPWR), measures covering the recycling of plastic parts in the automotive industry, and the end-of-life vehicles regulation.
