The INN-PRESSME final event took place on Monday 2nd December and it gathered around 60 participants in Brussels. The conference discussed the project results, technologies, market services and lessons learned, focusing on the innovative test cases in the packaging, energy, transport and consumer goods sectors.
During the session with open call winners, innovative companies (Delfort Group, Ecorbio, WOAMY, CelluCircle) showcased their projects and explained how they used the pilot lines’ technologies and tailored technical and market services developed in INN-PRESSME.
Their engaging testimonials highlighted how the Open Innovation Test Bed services have helped their product development activities.
As an Open Innovation Test Bed, INN-PRESSME provides access to physical facilities, capabilities and services required for the development, testing and upscaling of advanced biomaterials in industrial environments.
During the event key bioeconomy stakeholders also exchanged on policy recommendations related to the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation and recycling policies.
